Preparing your files
Accepted formats
Upload PDF, TIFF, or JPEG files. PDF is preferred for multi-page documents and mixed text and image layouts.
Resolution targets
Aim for 300 DPI at final print size for sharp results. Lower resolutions may appear soft on larger formats.
Bleed settings
Add a bleed margin beyond the trim line so colors reach the edge cleanly after cutting. Keep text inside the safe zone.
Ordering
From upload to delivery
1. Proof your file
Review your uploaded design in the preview before confirming. Check crop, color, and text placement against the chosen size.
2. Adjust your cart
Change size, material, or quantity in your cart at any time before checkout. Totals in CHF update automatically.
3. Reorder from your account
Sign in to your customer account to find past orders and repeat a configuration with the same size and material.
