This policy explains how PRINTIMA handles personal data and uploaded files on printima.ch, in line with Swiss data protection law.

Customer accounts and transaction records are managed under Swiss data protection guidelines. We collect only the information needed to create an account, process orders, and issue invoices.

Records are kept only for as long as required by law or for order administration. Uploaded files are deleted within a defined period after the order is completed, unless you request earlier removal.

Uploaded image files and print artwork remain the exclusive intellectual property of the customer. PRINTIMA uses them solely to produce the requested order.

Cookies and session tokens are strictly used for cart integrity and site performance. They are not used for advertising profiling.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Requests are handled through the Contact page.
